First thing first Vivek,

STOP BLOODY CRIBBING and feeling depressed and sorry for yourself. Sit down and analyze as to why you are not getting a job and your friends are. Is there something you need to improve? Like say your self confidence, communication skills or say something like having a positive outlook. Or simply you may not be trying adequately hard.

Buddy, its very easy to go on moaning about how hard it is to get a job or how life has been treating you unfairly. Open your eyes and give a hard look at the outside world, there are many people who would be more than willing to be in your place.

Wake up every morning and before doing anything else, just concentrate and say to yourself, "Its gonna be a great day today. I am going to feel happy, great and am going to succeed in whatever I undertake. I will not let any negative thought enter my mind. I will see only positive and good things in life. Thank you God, for this wonderful day."

See the surprising change for yourself.

An appeal to the Management Team of Cite Hr
Is this cite open for making job requests like this ??
Can't we do some filtering?
I come across with requests for Summer placements and job placements like this.
Don't you think this will lead to more and more postings of this nature and the purpose of this cite will be totally lost

Senthil,
Though I have not faced an interview for some time now, what I think is that the interviewer had given you a chance to show how you are different, if not better than the others. He is right when he said that he had 25 ppl giving nearly the same answers, he was looking for that one crucial thing or a quality that would have set you apart from the crowd.
I know its very easy to speak like this in a hindsight, but this may be useful to you in your future endeavours. So you should expect such questions and be prepared with your answers.

Like Siva expressed,I think it is necessary that a different forum be made for all those looking for a job & the posts be filtered.
As for you young man the very basis of getting a good job is to have a never-say-die attitude which takes you a looong way in your life & career.
Sit down use someone you are comfortable with & trust as your sounding board & get answers on what may be hampering your progress in landing a job.
See you already have a whole lot of them ready to help you.All you need to do now is identify your drawbacks & start working on the apparent ones right away as they may be the hampering points while the rest can be taken care of xlowly.
All the Best

Hi
Vivek
hey man you are an E & C engineer and telling you are not getting job??
I just can't believe this. There are lot many vacancies in the field of GSM & CDMA. Just you have to throw the stone & you will get back a reply from anyone like Reliance;Artel etc....
Don't worry you will get a job very soon but before that take a plane paper & write down what u want to become(aim) then the way you want to reach to it i mean how hard u r trying for it & see that u will soon reach to the place you r trying for. Set the aim again & keep trying for next step...
alredy so many HR are ready to help u.Take the advantage.
any help i will b there...
bye
