Dear All
I M confused. PLs. send me rules & regulations that can be followed in our company as we do not have any rule in written format. Please help me out.PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Every company according to its business has adefinete set of rules and regulations.To start with ,formulate a definite set of rules along with a Sr.HR or with your MD regarding the policies infact rules.The rules framed should be equal to all the people of the organisation without bars.The rules should be fair keeping in mind all the employees without overloading them andthey should be equal to that of the other companies and should be omni-cultured.The rules can be segregated according to the policies made :

1) Leave policy

2) Time management policy

3) Behavior policy

4) Confidentiality policy

5) Hiring policy

6) Retention policy

7) Salary and wages policy

8) Incentive policy

9) Appraisal policy

10) Training and development policy

11) Induction policy

12) Employee welfare policy

Besides the aforesaid policies, companies need to frame different policies depending upon the organizations business and organization structure. Proper flow between the line and the staff relations to be maintained. Ambudsperson and open door policy need to be maintained. Policies need to be framed keeping in mind about the employees, competitors.
