Dont be so sad! Look there are lots of motivational stories are there or lots of suggestions you can find here in citehr or any website but to handle your team you yourself have to think on that. As in any team there are different people with different attitudes , point of views whaich you have to find out. As there may be people who dont like close supervision they know there work so let such kind of people manage their own work dont interfere and look at the results u just have to convey ur expectation to these people. And there are people who take there work loosely so u need to do close supervision but be soft when u address ur team members dont try to tell them that u r there Leader, it must reflkect in your work not in ur words. Dont Discriminate while distributing work to your members, have open end discussions, solve problem together, never impose ur decisions on ur members....there r many motivational theories like Hyzenberg Two factor theory or Masclow's need heirchachy stories which u can read....

While handling your team do remember the days when u worked under ur TL nd expectations u had from your TL>
