Hi,
Generally Every claim we make to the PF department has to signed by the Employer concern but in case employer is not available or by any case doesnot tend to sign the form the option is very simple.
1. Complete your PF withdrawl form in all other manner and required information.
2. Write an simple application in favour of PF commisioner stating the reason of employer not signing the form.
3. get it attested by any of the following and submit with the application.
Manager of the bank where individuals account is holded
head of educational institution
A Gazzeted officer
sub - Post Master
The Magistrate
Member of centeral board of trustees
chairman/secretary/member of municipal district/local board
president of village union/panchayat/Member of parliament
Hope ur querry is solved.
Thanks,

Hi Kate,
Don't worry. the way is very simple. you have get signature from any one of the municipality chairmen, thasildhar, colecter,MLA,MP and IAS officers instead of your employer signature.

Hi
I have left my previous company due to very poor work environment. Now the ex-employer is not ready to sign my PF withdrawal forms. I got signed form 10C and form 19 from ICICI bank and submit to PF deptt. but the claim was rejected mentioning the reason that form is not certified by authorized signatory of the employer.
Please advise what should I do?
Thanks
Ranjit
