I have been assigned a task by my company to lookout for a state of the Art HR system/ Package which can provide information at a click.
The package should maintain employee data, recruitement details, training, PMS, leave mgmt., and HR admin activiites in an effienct manner.
Currently we are having a 2000+ employee base compnay and expected to touch 5000+ in next 2+ years, therfore our current package may not work after 3000+.
I need your support in getting details of packages used or available in the market which can take care of our current & future need and will also allow us to design few of the modules as per our need.
