i am working in a Power Distribution Company having main activity of Power distribution , Meter reading, bill collection operation and maintenance, replacing / releasing old/ new meter connection. we are going to work on behalf of State Electricity board can we engage person on retainership basis for getting the job completed. If yes then what are its procedure. kindly reply at the earliest.

For some financial and legal services within the company, e.g. Audit, Finace, Admin, can utilised retainer professionals but for the company's service-related functions, like customer services, engineering, operaiton and the likes, you should rather opt to get contractual employees than considering either a part-timer or a retainer.
