I am in need of a help from HR Senior's.
I have to set an policy for TA / DA / Hotel Accommodation along with Mobile policy for my company....(IT)
Can any one help me by providing current IT Industry standard reimbursements with reg. to above topic.

Hi,
But wh @ LTA i also want to have info @ setting up the policy for LTA in the organizations.
As many people use to travel for company work in india as well as abroad (JAPAN).
So i want to make policies for both IN india LTA policy & for abroad LTA policy.
Pls provide me the info ASAP.
