regarding the issue of attrition, well there is no switch on-switch off solution for this problem.However the initiatives that your firm has taken are few steps which can be taken in order to reduce attrition.
in addition to it you can also organize (if possible) parties,get-togethers monthly in orfer to get the employees close to each other, this may make them feel happy and they would wait for the next party to come.
since you mentioned that your firm pays at par with the industry standards, there is nothin much that can be done for that, but you can start something which is called as PLI(performance linked incentives).
this will not only help in increasing the productivity but also help to keep the employees glued to the company.
the next best thing that you can do is to ask for suggestions from your employees for some initiatives that they feel is necessary in the org.
