Hi,

We all are aware of the fact that FUN @ WORK has become a crucial and important factor to keep our resources happy while they are at work.

We, the HRs have tried numerous ways and methods to bring a smile on the faces of our resources by taking them out for outings and teams luncheons, week end trips and in house games and sports.

But over the years these methods have become very stereotypical and we are almost running out of ideas by doing the same thing over and over and over again.

I would however like to share an innovative and cost effective way how you can bring a smile on your resources faces and bring their talents out.

India's first "Virtual Fun @ Work Concept" that gives your resources an amazing platform to bring out the best in them. We did a lot of research and went through a lot of psychology material and understood that these kind of efforts are a must for the overall development of the organization.

I would request all those enthusiastic HRs to take a look at www.indiakahero.com which has taken a different turn giving corporates an amazing feature for their employees to have fun sitting at their desks and enjoying everyday while they work.

Incase of any leads on this issue feel free to contact me at or call me at 09948220071

Hi,
I am doing my internship in a IT consultancy services with an employee strength of around 1200.
They intend to look at implementing a health and wellness programme for their employees. They want to start off with a small programme and they add more activities to it.
This is the first time that i am doing such a project. I would like to know what kind of analysis should i do before suggesting them a health and wellness programme?
Also, I would like your inputs on how to go about it.
Thanks
Geet

Geet,
You might want to talk to Ashish at +91 9326577968. He heads an organization into corporate health and wellness, and they have some innovative web-based programs including providing employees with a personal health management platform (look at www.healthizen.com). He might also be able to guide you in structuring your programs.

ok i agree with all of you.but my advice is that we have to run before the time. The all mentiond suggestions are being followed by almost all industries. This is the time to think differently and act differently ...........................
So think a moment & give bith to innvative ideas......................... that can be done by only special people and others can indebt to them
