Hi Seniors,
I have been recently promoted as a Team Lead for 7 recruiters for US recruitment. I will not be recruiting but only managing/mentoring and ensuring quality.
Since this is the first time that a Team Lead (TL) has been appointed in my organisation (small one) so the management wanted me to come up with an incentive plan for a TL.
Please advise as to how a TL should get incentives when he is not actively recruiting. Thanks.

Hi yash,
I think you need to elobarate a bit more on the job profile of the recuritment agents in order for us to determine the criteria's on which they can earn incentives.
As no one get incentive for not doing nothing..Then the salary given to theat employee is incentive in itself ...
Thanks
Lucky

Hi ,
As i'm also in us recruitment working as recruiter in CMMM Level 5 co.
for example : well u will be doing a QC and when recruiters forwards u the resumes for so and so request ..
well u should get 10 to 15 % of incentive when some placement happens in your team u should be paid 3000 on each placemet ur team does depending on the contarct and actual market rate ..
I get 4000 for for first placement ,2nd placement 6000 and 3rd placement 8000 this is the incentive structure we have in our company.

Hi Ari, :D
US recruitment is not different from as we does in our indian market in india prospectus will be looking only for permananent opportunities but there in US contracts are very popular and the candidates who who work on contracts will be paid in hourly rates, and there salary will be given on weekly basis .In US recruitment there are different tax terms like W2,1099, and corp to corp.and also there are 3 types of visa status like green card,US citizen and H1B's Etc ....many to say but these visa status are important
W2- Where employer will take care of employee's taxes (any citizen,or a green card can go oh the W2 rates)
1099-Employees shoud take care of his own professional taxes(" " " " " " " )
Corp 2 Corp - only H1B's or the person who is incorportaed in US can go on this tax term incorporated means the candidates who has his own company .
Please let me know if you would like to know more hope after reading this you shuld have got an idea. :D :D

YOu have take commision of your every recruitment.
For eg Suppose your team members candidate has joined on 3Lks pa.
And suppose your consultancy is getting 60000 INR. You can take 10% or 12 % of that amount. And the regarding team member if he achieve the desired target he will get 4 % or 5 %
