I am also prepare induction programme for my organization. These followed step I do at the time of Induction.
(a) Formal meet with the candidate
(b) Briefing about company mission & vision
(ca) Tea Break
(e) Hand over the induction Schedule
(f) Taking to the Departments (except his Department)
(g) Lunch under HR executives
(h) Taking to the Departments again.
on next day we handed the candidate to his department.
If any of the cite member want to give his suggestion please give it.your suggestion will be highly appreciated.

I would like to know that can a company keep original certificates as for security for a bond legally. Actually i have quitted a company and they have kept my original certificates and marksheets as for security of the bond. So i would like is this legal. Can they do that.
I would b glad if any1 could help me out with this......
