I am working in a pharmaceutical company as HR&Admin Manager. Our Higher Management is not satisfied with our Plant Head, so they want to terminate him. Now they are telling me to do this job.
Kl. suggest should i say to plant head regarding this as he is my senior and also kl. help me out by suggesting some format for termination letter.
