I am working with a MNC in the capacity of a country Manager, I am about to finish the process of salary hike however i want to ensure
/that the percentage rise does match or remain close to % rise in indian industry as a whole.

. any survey report for salary rise for the year 2007.
.. any thing specifice to different salary bands with differnt designations.
...any thing specific to engineering/Construction company with salary with each level.
