Dear All, please send me MIS report formats in excel.

Hi Jaya,

MIS report is known as Management Information System... regarding the Manpower status of a particular month, place and overall..

It helps the Management in decision making.. like what are the reasons of resignation.. in which area attrition is high.. and so many things to help in decision making.. with the help of MIS you may prepare a lot of reports.. Like annual attrition.. region wise attrition.. region wise manpower.. graphical representation of regions manpower status.. and so on..

You may prepare the same at your end.As it will help you to prepare other such formats too.

I am describing you the contents with sheet wise..

First Sheet-

Details of employee

a. E.Code b. Name of employee

c. Date of birth d. Designation e. CTC

f. Address for communication

g.Permanent address h. Contact number

i. Blood group j. Maximum qualification

k. Extra qualification l.Total Experience

Second Sheet-

Salary structure

In this sheet write down the complete salary structure.. and make a column what is salary after any revision

Third Sheet -

New Joinees

In this sheet write down the name of New joinees of that month with detail

like

CTC,

Designation,

DOB n etc.

Forth Sheet -

Resigned employees

In this sheet write the name of employees who resigned during

that particular month with details like name, designation, date of joining,

Date of resignation, last working day.

Fifth sheet -

Attrition rate

Based on this MIS report, you may find out the attrition report, Qualification analysis reports, team management reports and so on can prepare a number of reports..

Hi friends
you need to enable the macros in excel, then only the buttons will work.
To enable the macros follow these steps (windows 2007)
* Go to "excel options" (this will be in the same tab where the print option is)
* then "Trust center"
* then "Trust center setting"
* In that go for "Macros Setting"
* In "Macros Setting" u need enable option called "Enable All Macros"

Very very good format.. Really appreciate the effort.. However, would like to incorporate some additional features and edit wherever i can to add some of my own observations that would be required in the MIS.. I would need the password to unprotect the sheet for the same.

Hi team,
There are lots of format for MIS reports, which depends upon the type of the information, people to whom it will be circulated share, frequency..etc viz for projects, for departements, internal / external etc.
VLOOKUP
=VLOOKUP(lookup_value,table_array,col_index_num,ra nge_lookup)
explanation:
=vlookup (the thing (or array) whose cooresponding value you want to lookup some where, array where you want to look up corresponding value, column no. (starting from source column), optional)

The report you have attached is really good and easily understandable.
1. Form 3 macros are not working in Statutory Sheet(wich u hav attached)
2. In accident sheet nothing is given (its blank sheet).
pls, make me clear on the above queries.
Can you tell me, what does attrition rate mentions all about?

Can anyone please help in getting a suitable job in Delhi NCR ?

Recently I had been interviewed by some companies at Delhi NCR but not succeeded..Now, I had given interview in one of the Outsourcing companies based at Delhi NCR for Mid-level profile. Now, they are asking to submit ORIGINAL educational documents for at least 3-6 months and also need to sign a bond.

I know that this kind of practice is very much prevalent in UAE but not sure about in country like India..As far as my knowledge is concerned, companies Act of India does not allow such kind of unethical practice...Can any one throw some light on this ?
