Was curious to know what alll does a company verify when they conduct background screening? is it the regular education and emplyment verifiocation or they do any other kinds of checks as well?

Hi Karuna,
Besides the Education verification, if the candidate has any work experience, we try and contact the HR there and find out how he/she was during his/her employment.
Sometimes we also call the references provided by the candidate, just to know the behavior and attitude.
When we call the previous company we do check about his salary details and his performance.
