There is No specific format is available on employee hand book.
Normally, employee hand book contains visions and values of the organisation, and will contain short notes on perks, leave rules, tour policy, dress code, organisations branches, contact numbers, other applicable benefits in nut shell will be mentioned and be issued to the new employee, by HR department on their joining in any organisation.
