Hello everybody....
I am Rakshi working with a fast growing software company as HR Manager. I am the first and only one employee in my department.
Now coming to the point...
These days i am facing many problems in handling all facets of Human Resource.
Currently i am involved in making entry and exit procedure for my company and I do not have any helping hand for the same.
Can any body suggest me to prepare an effective procedure for the same.
Awaiting for replies....
Thanks in Advance

Hi Rakshi,
Its really a great opportunity for you to handle entire HR functions solely...
The entry process order is as below-
Recruitment Process
Offer Letter
Filling the Joining forms from the employees,
document verification, reference check ..
The Exit process order is-
Resignation from employee side or notice from employer side
Notice period
Conducting Exit Interview
Provide Exp letter as well as relieving order or letter
Full & final settlement and No dues Certificate
