I am working on HR practices and employee handbook, i have got details of policies and procedures. I am required to refer to legalities involved in respect of following policies:
1. Recruitment policy
2. Induction policy
3. Employment terms and conditions
4. Securuty policy
5. Employees compenstation and benefit policy
6. Leave policy
7. Anti harassment or abuse policy
8. Misconduct and reprehension policy
9. Seperation policy
10. Travel policy
11. Expat policy
I am having the policy document , procedure and forms. I want to make reference to respective laws, Govt orders, Case laws which has direct impact on these policy . I also want to know about legal guidelines for documenting these policies.
Please let me benefitted from your experience and knowledge bank
This handbook is more oriented towards IT and ITES industry

Let me be more specific, I request you to all to name respective law/ act/ rules involved in formulation of following policy -
1. Recruitment policy
2. Induction policy
3. Employement agreement
4. Security policy
5. Employee compensation and benefit policy
6. Leave policy
7. Anti harrasment policy
8. Seperation policy
9. Travel policy
10. Expatriate employment
I am required to name these law/act/rules as reference while finalising respective policies for my (IT/ITES) company.
