I have been a member of this site since August 2006 and it is only today that I explored the NEWS section.My God, this site is amazing. I guess if one wants to learn genuinely, s/he need not go anywhere else for latest stuff. All the latest news at a click on one site is amazing.
It would be perfect if we could have sub sections for other professionals too. This will further enhance the reach.

You are right. This site is an ocean full of treasure, only you have to search them and enjoy. You have a lot to learn here. On every search with key words, numerous files are fetched. Read and download as much as you can.
Your reply shows, you searched a lot and got struck in the treasure. Good. But at the same time, there are new entrants who ask for the full form of PF, ESI and things like that. I presume that they might not be interested to search and know.
Keep up your learning spirits and sure you will become an addict to citeHR.

I had joined this site long back but never bothered to open mails from the site as thought may be one of the junk mails that i usually get from other advertising companies but recently i started looking into the mails and the threads that were posted and im truly amazed with the kind of presentations and ppts that have been downloaded in the sections. Now its the case that i only login to my email to just check if there are any mails from Cite Hr. I really appreciate the effort of all the members who are here who are sharing their knowledge with so many people.
Theres just one suggestion that i would want to inform is that as we all know share market is the fastest growing section in India i would want some information or some useful sites which would help us to gain knowledge about share market or some trading tips which will help us to earn through share market.

Hello All,
Can any one please explain me which points to be included while making a contract with a labor contractor?
I want the contractor should manage all the pf, esi also other salary break up work for his workers which we want to hire for our company.
I just need to pay a fix amount every month to the contractor from which he should manage every thing.
Please explain me how should I deal with the contractor to over come this problem.

dear friends we all are conected with HR field and working as HR, my friends i want to know that you all are agree with new papars they said that "HR are not able to select right person" means majority recruitments are going wrong or any talented employee not getting job..........!...? i agree that majority time an interviewer not explian the talent who he/she has but selected candidate comes to near the recuirnment. that's my believe as HR i recruit the person as employee who come to match with my company's that post recuirment...
