    There is no such standard fixed for adopting HR policies.
    There are acts and rules exist for all categories of establishment(Factory,Mines, Shops & commercial establishment and other).The ID Act is there to handle Conflicts and disputes, the standing order act is there to form the administration policy, the PF and Esic are there to look future deposits and health aspects of the employees, the ECS Act is to look after the compensatory for accidental loss, the payment of wages act, minimum wages act, the Bonus act and The Payment of gratuity act are the key HR policies. The establishment is the key to fix the standard.
