But New employer is specific about salary slip and previous employer given me confirmation over the mail that I was active employee and i resigned on 19 th March 2025 but now not ready to give salary slip after commitment because I had resigned in that condition that i should not face any issue in new employment one reply I got from previous employer that on 2nd April I had joining so they are asking 3 month salary slip i got reply from previous employer HR we had sent your request to central team for processing wait for further communication will try on priority so when on 2 nd April I was at new employer hr office and they had asked me to submit salary slip i told them I had follow up mail hope that should be considered so new employer told me take one follow up with previous employer if they can provide this document when I sent previous employer follow up I was shocked they told me we can't give you salary slip as you were absent and on loss of pay it one of biggest bank in India very powerful my trust was breach i am shattered and shocked and depressed after this now I am just following everyday with previous as per your commitment please share the documents.
