Thanks for the help. It's the second query. Mumbai is H.O. and the factory is in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Employees are enrolled in Mumbai ESIC office. Can the Uttarakhand ESIC office provide benefits to employees whose ESIC registration is done in Mumbai H.O.? If not, then what is the solution? One employee's mother is hospitalized. So asking.
