If the CEO of the company asks the employees to come on Saturdays for about 4 months regularly and does not want to provide a compensatory leave on that behalf, however Saturdays are defined as weekly offs since long in the policy, will there be any consequences as per labour laws or an HR who is forwarding that email to employees may get in trouble?
