Under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act of 2013, the responsibility to submit the Annual Compliance Report (Form D) generally falls to the 'Internal Complaints Committee' (ICC). The ICC is required to prepare the report and submit it to the employer who will then submit it to the District Officer.
Here are the steps to prepare and submit Form D:
1. Collect all necessary data for the report, which includes the number of complaints received and resolved, and any actions taken during the year.
2. Prepare the report in the prescribed format.
3. Submit the report to the employer.
4. The employer will then submit the report to the District Officer.
Unfortunately, I do not have a draft format of Form D available. However, it should be available online or with the District Officer.
Please do remember, non-compliance with the POSH Act can result in hefty fines, so it's important to ensure that you are following all the required steps.
