Facing an overlapping issues between 1st and 2nd company.since the 1st company hr not agreeing to give relieving letter with date may 18 2018 my LWD but as per records we included 7 days notice we will give may 28 2018 but it will create overlap with 2 nd company.if i update may 17 2018 in exit date and Is it possible to transfer pf amount or approval go to 1st company? If approval goes to 1st company they will not approve since they have may 28th in their records. What needs to be done here? Is it possible to withdraw amount?
And 2 nd company also they put some date on PF portal with PF amount 0 and have not received any salary since it's 20 days tenure but now he saying we don't have records am not there at that time and not releasing relieving letter with proper exit date and not updating in exit portal but pf amount is 0 for this service since have not received salary for this. In this case, is it possible to remove this service history for the second company? How to convince her, in this case, to remove entry from the exit portal?
