The "business plan," as the term suggests, is for the business. Your post states that you would like to have a business plan for a "new vertical called patient support program." Is the patient support program an independent business entity or one of the verticals of the existing organization?
I wish you had given basic information like the nature of your primary business, who your customers are, their geographical location, etc. Similar information is required even for the new business vertical as well.
