Dear Exprts,
Please tell me that a worker does not want to deduct PF shares from his salary, but his PF amount was deducted by his previous company. So please tell me what we should do, whether we should cut the PF or not.

No way he can get exclusion from PF. He has to continue the PF at least on the statutory threshold limit of 12% on Rs 15000.
