One of my previous companies where I worked had a pf account, and now that company is blacklisted in many big companies. How can I remove my pf history for that particular company as I am unable to apply for jobs for big companies like Wipro Infosys etc. please help me, sir I just got an opportunity to join Wipro company please help me sir.

It is unfortunate that these 'big companies' will not take candidates who had worked with an establishment who have been blacklisted or by EPFO for non remittance of PF dues when the non remittance is not at all related to the fault of the candidate. If you are applying through an offline platform, there would not be any problem, and if you get an opportunity to say about your past experience also this would make any issue because then you would be able to say that it was not your mistake that the company became blacklisted. I would say that if it is true that you cannot even apply for better opportunities if your company is blacklisted, the same should be escalated, preferably choosing a common/ public platform.
In practical scenario, nobody will go in deep about such things. If you see the defaulters list exhibited in the Regional and Sub Regional Offices of EPFO/ and ESIC (they have the list available in the website itself) most of the companies are very reputed companies, even public sector companies, which had to down their shutters because of some financial issues or reasons other than employee unrest. Then why should we, the HRs, turn hostile against the employees only?
