Can You Deduct PF from Just Part of the Basic Salary? Let's Discuss the Rules and Options

Hi, Can PF be deducted partially from basic pay? Suppose, If a person is getting basic salary of 20k, then can PF be ducted on 12 out of it.

Hi, The minimum mandatory PF contribution is Rs.1800 which 12% of Rs.15,000/-. So you should calculate on Rs.15000/- minimum.
