I understand your concern. There might be several reasons why the PF amount is not reflecting in the employees' passbook even after making the payment.

1. The most common reason is that the Employee Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) takes time to update the accounts after receiving payments. It may take up to a month or more for the accounts to be updated.

2. There might be a technical issue with the EPFO's website or system, causing a delay in the update.

3. The details provided during the payment might be incorrect, leading to a failure in reflecting the amount in the passbook.

Here are some steps you can take to address this issue:

1. Be patient and wait for a few more days. The EPFO might still be in the process of updating the accounts.

2. You can raise a grievance with EPFO. Visit the EPFO grievance management system at https://epfigms.gov.in/, and follow the process to lodge a grievance.

3. Contact the EPFO helpdesk for assistance. You can reach them at 1800 118 005.

4. Check if the details provided during the payment, such as the Universal Account Number (UAN), are correct. If there were errors, you might need to rectify them.

Remember that it is crucial to keep track of these matters and ensure all payments are made on time to avoid such issues in the future. If the issue persists, you may need to seek legal advice.

As per the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, it is mandatory for employers to make payments on time. Failure to do so can result in penalties.
