Hi Friend,

I understand your situation. But, Have you seen your appointment letter did any condition has been given to be stick with the company for minimum of such period. If not, you can ask the management people /HR people for the relieving certificate and experience letter.

I don't feel that any company doesn't hold certificate and holding salary amount , until if you have given proper notice period as per company instructions.

So, you must say? whether you quit the job before notice period or not?

i have appointment letter & payslips from that company. other companies can consider my experience after showing appointment letter & payslips?

See some companies are ready to take candidates without relieving and experience cert. from previous company. because, employers need the candidate to fulfill the position and work doesn't get hangover. But, there will be critical problem for employees, usually every companies given an appointment with probationary period of 6 months. In that period, the employees can't take more flexibility both on work or leave, late minutes, Internal politics, etc.. If the employees going to be act of these things, the management feels to be wrong impressive , then they fired him/her out of job. then it will be hectic for employees, because earlier company they didn't get any certificate and now they have been fired form current company. It's really great pressure to survive and settle their career in other company.

so, employees beware...

Hi,

Thanks for this topic discussion. Hope anyone can respond to my query.

I am currently working in a MNC for 4 years. I was tken by this company as a lateral entry software engineer despite being 1 year experience in my previous company.

I was not given a experience/relieving letter from prev company.. instead i was given a direct letter stating that i voluntarily discontinued from the company within 12 days after i was forced to quit due to health conditions and told them directly about this situation. I tried many times and they didn't issue me a experience letter.

I was not issues any warning letter also that time. I was helpless and jobless and tried my next company..

So.. i just showed this original letter to my current company without hiding or producing any fake experienced letter. So they took me as entry level Software engineer.

Now m looking for a change.. do i need to still go back to my first company and ask for my releiving letter or just ignore this experience and put only my current company's experience.

Please suggest how to work on this if i go for next job interview.
