Hi, We are situated in Bangalore and we have 11 branches across India, I would like to know that, branch employees salary is processing in Bangalore, now the question in whether we can consider the branch minimum wage or at Bangalore, can any one could clarify this?

Minimum wages of he respective state should be paid to workers. You cannot fix the wages according to the state where your Head Office functions. You should take the minimum wages of each state independently for each set of workers.

Applicable Minimum Wages, where Employee is Physically Working should be considered. Location where Salary is Processed is not the Criteria.
