Hi I work for a BPO & my job includes judging the Interviewee based on his Communication Skills . Would request you to help me with a methodology where I can make the end result more effective.

Hi Kushi,
Make your assesments quantitative. Split your requisits into different components like accent, fluency, grammer etc. and assess the candidate in each of this component. Consolidate them finally to make a decision.
I hope you are also looking at the attitude of the individual aprt from the technical prerequisits.
