In my organization, which I recently joined, salary slips were not being given to anybody. Now, I want to provide salary slips to all employees. My question is whether to include travel allowance and daily allowance for salespersons in payslips. If yes, how can we show this? Under which headings? Please help.

Travel allowances and daily allowance payable to salespersons are not wages but allowances paid to salespersons only. Normally, these are paid based on actuals or as per certain slabs. If you include them in their salary, you will invite troubles when a situation arises to calculate their gratuity, etc.
