Best way is to leave the organisation in a smooth way. Later having obtained another job, you can choose to complain. Being in the same job, do not prefer to complain. You do not know the weight of the opponent.

Krishna is partially wrong. Definitely you have to shift to another job. But Simultenously it is also true that after leaving the job, if you lodge a complaint it will carry less weight. Better first get a new job and collect paper evidence.Second, Lodge a large complaint with huge paper backed evidence and write there you are leaving the job bacause of these reasons, dont mention any thing about your new job and office address. do mention your residential address. it may be required for investigation.
