I am working with a telecom company in HRD. A foriegn Telcom Company has maximum stake in our company. Now this foreign company wants to give its own brand to our company but slowly and steadily.
Now we want to make our employees aware of all this and implement this brand change exercise.
Kindly suggest some good Initiatives that we can take so that employees also dont feel as if the anythings is imposed on them.
We have already planned a grand get togather to communicate same to the employees.
Apart from this kindly suggest what all initiatives we can take.

Yes, Pls don't let any negativity come while the correspondence, think of the queries may arise during the session in advance and keep positive responses ready.
Also you can suggest your management to take some retention initiatives also along with the introduction.
