Can you tell me the points which are of great concern at the time of taking interview?
What should i look for at the time of hiring, and what are the bases of rejecting an interviewee.
As I am working with a newly established IT company and hiring freshers, Team leader and Hr Persons. so, What should I look for into the candidate, majorly.
Please help me.

Hi Swati,
please note that if you are going to take interview for middle level management position such as team leader, manager.
you must have knowledge of this department role a long with technical issue and then you can ask related queries of his/her role from the candidate.
give them few situation related to this role and ask them how will they solve .
