Need of performance appraisal form for webdesigning concern!
Hi guys,
I am working as a Hr executive in a leading webdesigning company in chennai,urgently i am in need of appraisal form for evaluating Employees performance who are all experts in PHP field and having experience of more than 5 years ( skill sets employees holding :php,ajax,j-querry,xml,html,java script,mysql etc).. kindly help me by sending appraisal form which should not be general in nature since i had many old appraisal formats,required Appraisal form with technical aspects,Hope Hr professionals from IT background will understood my needs.. it will be very greatful if you al send the appraisal form asap..

HR Generalist role is very limited in MNCs'. It is a part of talent delivery process. HR Generalist acts a Liason between employee and management. He/She should have knowledge on every aspect of HR function.

HR Generalist is a vast role. usually we have to accept all the HR roles and ready to take initiative .

My roles as below:

• To handle the end to end recruitment cycle.

• Responsible for taking the initial round interview.

• Responsible for joining formalities & generating EMP ID.

• Handling all the functions of Recruitment from sourcing, interviewing, facilitating technical interviews, negotiating salaries and following up till candidates have actually joined the company

• Maintaining bio-metric attendance and leave management

• Maintaining Employee Personal Files

• Handling employee database(both in soft form and files management)

• Providing support to benefits management processes like Medical Insurance/Health benefits etc

• Visiting labour office when requires, maintaining muster Roll and labour compliances, submitting required documents & annual returns etc…

• ESI Online Submission/ solving relevant issues.

• Grievance handling

• Managing organizational chart

• Renewal of GPA and MTP policies and company vehicles

• Industrial Relation

• Employee engagement

• Coordinating with DGM HR, branch managers, general managers and managing director etc.

• Handling admin related works like issue of ID cards.

• Rolling out of an Appointment orders, Transfer letter & contract renewals, agreements etc…

• Induction, Leave Management, off boarding formalities, such as Exit interview. No-due clearance, handling full & final settlements, handling, Performance appraisal, Employee Relations & much more

Above might be covered 50% of generalist role and still some more points can be add...

we always find differences while changing the job.and as a Generalist HR have to accept all the role.
