Hello All, Please advise; as an HR & Operations Manager, is it mandatory to get any resolution passed from the Auditor to be an authorized signatory in a company ( to sign in the Compliance documents), Or does only the seal with designation will suffice?

It is the Board who need to pass Resolution authorizing the concerned official to sign all documents on behalf of the Company

“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any one of the following officials of the Company/ Bank/Cooperative Society/ Trust/legal entity, be and is hereby authorized to sign all agreements, power of attorney, documents....................
