Although much emphasis is placed on private companies (much of the research has been in this area) many individuals work in the non-profit or public sector. Does HR planning make sense for these type of organizations? Should 'taxpayer dollars' be spent in this way? Defend your answer.

Hi!
You have a very good question!
May I know whether you are a person or an organization?
Your name sounds familiar and famous, especially in the advent of the ENRON collapse and the book "Talent Myth".
It would be good to discuss with you. But please put me in the proper perspective.
Nice to know you are already here with us!
Best wishes.
