Maternity Leave and Bonuses: Does a 6-Month Leave Affect Year-End Eligibility?

I have a small doubt. If a female employee undergone maternity leave for 6 months. will she be eligible for a bonus for the financial year?

Hi, The period of absence due to Maternity leave for 182 days is paid leave and should be considered for yearly bonus.
