I just completed MBA from Bharathiar University and now am working as an HR-Recruiter in a consultancy. I am looking forward a good opening in HR.Now i have experience only as a Recruiter and i want to know more about the HR functions in an organisation.So being a fresher to the HR group could you please help with some tips to start my career.

Dear all,
My name is namrata. I really need your advice . I was into teaching English for the last three years but I am really not interested in it anymore...I would really be grateful if you can advice me regarding choosing a career in HR. what courses should I opt for? I mean should I do a PGDHR or any other.......I am very new to this subject...please do give me some ideas about the courses i should go for....and what are the career options..
