Hello, I recently joined an organisation 2 months back. The work was different than my previous experience which I had already informed them. Everything was fine initially but later the boss started being rude for very dumb reasons and mistakes. She started targeting me individually although the same mistakes were done by my other colleagues. At one point it was too much and I resigned. I luckily got a job at a different organisation. Now my boss is targeting me more. My next organisation requires experience letter so I am serving the notice period. But I am just worried that she might not provide me the experience and relieving letter on my last day.

As per your statement you are on notice period and yet to get relieved. So why to assume that you will not get the relieving letter. Be positive that every thing will go well. At times it will happen this.. wavelength with immediate superior will not match for un known reasons. Just because your Boss don't like you she can't hold your relieving or relieving letter. Be a optimist.
