Hi All,

There was an employees who had absconded and joined other company while was on NP with the current company and forcing for the exit documents where being concerned about her career, i somehow managed to have a discussion with her to know her whereabouts and the matter and asked her to appropriately complete her NP for smooth transition however she was reluctant not to discuss and complete the NP hence offered her buyout option and decided to go with that.
Now wanna have suggestions on basically i want to put some negative comments on her relieving letter so that No company get deceived by her fake face.

Hence my question is can I put negative comments on her exit documents to make prospects aware.

Hi May not be required considering her career. However you may mention as a note : "In lieu of notice period buy out option was given".

Hi,

You may review the employment contract to understand this event more clearly. Negative comments on the exit doc would not prevent an employee to behave ethically. You are entitled to debar/blacklist that employee for future positions in your organization.

In case she approach you for re-employment, you can say sorry. But not advisable to ruin her career graph by putting negative comments in her experience certificate/reliving letter.
