There are many free formats of training agreements available online/ in this forum. You may refer the same to gain some idea. However I would suggest you to consult a Professional Labour Advocate and get the draft through him. Reason being you need to add to specific points as to what type of training is going to be given and cost factor involved in it like software license cost/ professional Trainer charges etc which alone will justify the purpose of training agreement.
Just using free templates will not solve your purpose.
