There is no such separate registers of new joinees and left employees. The register of adult workers and muster roll are running registers in which the details of employee joining the company will be entered on the day of joining and the employee getting relieved will be marked as "left service". Other than that there is no separate register.

Govt. Simplifies Maintenance of registers A B C D under various Labour Laws.
As per new amendment by government of India the following registers are to be maintained electronically with maintaining integrity of documents-
ˇ Form A- Employee Register (complete data base of employees, replacing earlier adult register Form XIII)
ˇ Form B- Wages Register
ˇ Form C- Register of Loan/Advance/Fine/Damage/Loss
ˇ Form D- Register of Attendance
ˇ Form E- Register of Leave/Rest/Com-off
