Suppose if I resign before 6 month in that case I have to provide 1 month notice after confirmation it's 3 month notice period. For an instance I leave before probation then I have to pay one month gross amount to company and after probation I have to pay 3 month gross.
Now my question is I am not resigning and about to complete my probation, if my comapNy says ATG (Ask To Go,) am I eligible to take 3 months notice amount from my present employer.
