Hi, Is he the first employee getting relieved from your office? You should have issued relieving letter for other employees isn't it ?

It is strange to note even for trivial things templates are requested. Relieving letter should contain name of the relieved employee, his designation period of work from... To.... CTC salary per month.. His overall performance rating... Thats it.

You can prepare a draft and post here if need be for correction.
