BGV verification of company where I was terminated - Should I mention it to my current company?

Hi all, I have worked with three (A,B,C) companies previously out of which I was terminated in one of the companies (Company B), for which I do not have a proper relieving letter.
Should I mention it to my current company which is offering me the job about company B, as I did it in one of the interview process they rejected me, can you guide me with the present company?

It is advisable to inform your employer about all the three employment clearly. If you hide,if they came to know about the same, you will be put in problems. R R Kapoor Vadodara
