The salary break up would depend on your company policy. There is no fixed formula for the components of the salary (The new Wage & Salary Code has not yet come into vogue wherein 50% of the salary invariably has to be Basic Pay). Many companies only offer consolidated pay which remains fixed for a sufficiently long duration. You may consult senior employees or talk to HR for clarity in this.
